Personalized group training with workouts specifically designed to build functional strength and lean muscle. Just like private training at a fraction of the cost, with the added motivation of workout partners. Training sessions include soft tissue work, mobility exercises, strength training and muscle toning, and end with a small "taste" of HIIT cardio to help burn fat. All functional training exercises have multiple progressions to ensure a challenging but safe workout for all fitness levels. The Small Group Training sessions will have no more than 3 people.
